WHAT IS  WARRANTY SERVICE ?

First of all, we sincerely thank you for your trust. Frankly speaking, our products must undergo rigorous testing procedures before leaving the factory. We guarantee that 100% of our products are qualified products, but a wide range of electronic products and electronic devices will be damaged in more or less separate operations. There are semiconductor light-emitting devices, especially causing outstanding electrostatic damage, so we will provide you with the following solutions. Also, if you want any other promise, please let us know.

QUALITY WARRANTY STATEMENT :
To safeguard and promote mutual trust, equality, mutual benefit and cooperative relations, FEILONG Lighting (supplier) committed to provide customer (buyer) quality assurance services,statement as follows:

I.Warranty Range
All products base on the contracts signed by the two sides.

Ⅱ.Quality Standard
The standard written on the contarcts or the the sample confirmed.

Ⅲ.Quality Responsibility
1.Responsibility of supplier:
1.1 Supplier shall carry out strict purchase inspection on the raw materials, establish and preserve the original record of the incoming inspection, track and
assess the material quality of other supplier, and establish quality archives;
1.2 Supplier shall build and complete the control and management of the production process, strictly carry out the original records and statistics, monitor
the quality of the process and the product quality, find out and correct the anomalies in the production process in time, and ensure the consistency and
stability of the product quality;
1.3 Supplier shall ensure production in completely controlled. In the event of lossing control, supplier shall promptly find out the reason and take corrective
measures, and notify the buyer of the corresponding measures, otherwise all the consequences shall be borne by supplier.
2.For the quality control of the product,if buyer need to dispatched company representative, commissioned by third-party agencies, commissioned by the
supplier or other means to complete inspection, supplier needs to fully cooperate.
3.Both supplier and buyer have confidential responsibility for technical and commercial secrets of the product or material.


Ⅳ.Delivery Rules
1.Supplier shall test each batch of goods before delivering,test content must be able to ensure that its materials meet the buyer in product features,
appearance and other requirements.
2.Supplier shall not change the design, technology, main technical parameters and external dimensions at will if it is determined by the buyer that the
product is in bulk supply. If it is necessary to change the product, buyer must be notified and permitted, then can supplier proceed.

Ⅴ.After-sales warranty statement
Warranty day start from actual shipping date in warranty card, within product warranty period, after-sales service as below when quality problem happen:

Ⅵ.Disclaimer
1.Products are damaged or failed caused by force majeure (eg war, fire, flood, earthquakes, etc.)
2.In the circumstances that products can not be achieved in current manufacture technology
3.Products are damaged or failed by user's improper operation or unauthorized removal

Ⅶ.Notes
1.Normally, buyer should pay all local cost of repairing , but when big project (order quantity above 100pcs) total damage above 30%, buyer provide the bill
of maintenance fees, seller will do the best to compensate buyer's loss and solve the problem as soon as possible.
2.Buyer should check carefully when receiving the goods. If any damage , take pictures as evidence and claim against the carrier.
3.Buyer needs to provide relative information to prove the product defect, such as PI number, pictures, videos, etc .; if the provided information is not
enough to prove the product defect, the supplier will request to send it back for testing.
4.LED Lights are designed as a functional product, the product performance is the main criteria to evaluate quality, small appearance defects can be ignored
if product work well. With the influence of working time and installation environment, decline of product performance (such as luminous decay) are normal
phenomenons and not covered by warranty.
